There have been a number of Theft from vans in the Compton Acres area overnight

Ascott Gardens West Bridgford- At approximately 0830pm on 07/11/17 owner left van insecure whilst nipping into his house and offenders have entered the van and stolen tools from within (Incident 000859-07112017)

Acorn Bank West Bridgford- At Approximately 0930pm on 07/11/17 two vans have been tampered with outside the owners address. Both vans have had damage done to the handles but no entry gained due to the van alarm sounding (Incident 000870-07112017)

Green Leys West Bridgford- Overnight 07/11/17-08/11/17 entry has been gained to a van by forcing the door. Tools have been stolen from within (Incident 000114-08122017)

Belton Drive West Bridgford- Between 7:30pm and 09:30pm 07/11/2017 entry gained to a van left outside an address and tools stolen from within (Incident 000153-08112017)

Premier Inn Loughborough Road West Bridgford- Overnight 07/11/17-08/11/17 a van has had a window smashed and entry gained stealing a laptop from within ( Incident 000194-08112017)

Officers are asking that residents be extra vigilant in the coming days and to report any suspicious behaviour on our non-emergency number 101 or 999 if it is currently happening
